Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you working for a forward thinking automotive dealership that values their people and provides training and support. Always looking on how we can do better and improve on our day to day process.

Your role will be based between Hurstville or Belmore and you will be handling customer product enquiries for service, sales, customer experience and process within an automotive environment for a major brand. The role can be flexible permanent part time work to full time based on the candidate and work requirements but must be able to work Mon - Fri business hours.

The Role:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to service and sales
  • Providing correspondence between customer & dealer staff
  • Managing customer service bookings.
  • Utilising & maintain customer records within our CRM Database
  • Providing 100% customer service

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience supporting a culture of customer service
  • Ability to identify and respond quickly to customer needs
  • Be well versed in Microsoft systems and basic PC operation
  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 5pm

Desirable Criteria:

Multilingual - Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese Speaking a plus
